A: Yes! Many of our local vendors in Ghana offer a “Store Pickup” option. If a vendor supports this, you will see it as a shipping choice during checkout.
Q: How much does Store Pickup cost?
A: Store Pickup is completely free. It’s a great way to avoid shipping fees if you are located near the vendor.
Q: How will I know when my order is ready?
A: Once the vendor prepares your items, you will receive a “Ready for Pickup” email. Please do not head to the store until you receive this confirmation.
Q: What do I need to bring to collect my order?
A: Please bring a copy of your Order Confirmation email (digital or printed) and a valid ID card.
Q: Where is the pickup location?
A: The specific address will be provided on the product page under the “Vendor Info” tab and will also be included in your confirmation email once the order is placed.
